Cleanliness and sanitation has always been top priority in my space. My studio suite is just the two of us, I do not double book or see more than one person at a time. I spend 15 minutes between each appointment to disinfect any area that may have been touched by myself or a previous guest (with CDC and State Board approved disinfectant). Each guest receives a personal kit with a sanitized cape, comb and clips. This ensures there is no cross contamination or exposure to anything that touches you. I have also received a certification in best practices for infection control.
I know that life happens and sometimes you forget about your hair appointment. I have an automated system that sends you reminders. If you need to make an adjustment or reschedule, you can do it all from your phone. I require 48 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee.
Child care & Guests
This experience is all about YOU. This of it as a time to retreat and enjoy being pampered. Please make arrangements for children to be cared for during your service.
